A 12 hr Stay
Just wanted to stay at a budget hotel close to Terminal 3. Had to catch an early morning flight. I Liked the location as it was in the middle of a neighborhood with lots of vendors nearby with street food.

The location of this hotel is not for the fainted heart I should say. The location of this hotel is not appropriate for foreign tourists. I would also consider myself a tourist although I was born in Philippines. On the other hand, the hotel itself is somewhat well built and still under construction or renovation at the time of our visit, we only stayed for a night, and no personal amenities such as soap, shampoo, etc were provided to us during our stay. However, the room was pretty big with 2 big beds in it, but it looks unfinished and the floor was a bit dusty.

Already gave a detailed review of the issues inexperienced but I want to add that I requested for another or thick blanket and reception said it would be a P200 cash fee. They don't have the ability to accept credit cards at the hotel. The staff was great, given the constraints that management had applied. But there needs to be huge improvements before this place could be world-class. It's the small details that matter the most. Invest into adequate soap dispensers and kettles with instant coffee packs. I did notice the water dispenser way down the hall from my room 8204.

Location is in a not so great neighborhood, be careful when it gets dark!
Hotel doesn’t have a working elevator & you have to bring your own baggage, THEY WONT TELL YOU THIS UNTIL DAYS AFTER YOU BOOK WITH THEM! So concerted this your warning
