Ridiculous experience!!!

It's ridiculous!!! I book this hotel online and when I get there they said my name is not on their list. I show them my booking number anything that proves I have a reservation but still they didn't let me in.i end up no place to stay.

주차비도 따로 받는 호텔은 처음 경험합니다.

방음이 제대로 되어 있지 않아 밖에서 잡음이 너무 잘들려서 예민한 사람은 숙면을 취할수가 없을겁니다. 거기다 전세계 다니면서 주차비를 200페소씩 따로 받는 숙소는 난생 처음 경험해봤습니다. 또한 체크인시.객실내 어디에도 금연 안내는 전혀 없었음에도 체크아웃 시 페널티 1,000페소를 별도로 청구합니다. 바빠서 그들이 원하는대로 다 해주고 나오긴 했지만 결코 이숙소를 추천하고 싶은 생각 없습니다. 체크인 직원도 불친절했고. 오직 옥탑에 식당 아주머니만 친절합니다.

Fitness for purpose, value for money

There is a 200 peso parking fee which is not mentioned on listing. Parking is tricky as all cars are parked in queue . Some need to be reversed to narrow street if one of the earlier ones need to leave. Pictures look nice. Yet the reality matches the price. Fitness for purpose, quality for money, absolutely. A bit tricky location to find, but Waze guides you there.

The rooms as i know are no were near as advertised, non existing room service. No Phone, what they called a resturant is located on the 3/4 floor and no elavators. For sure it's no place for an elderly person as my self at 75 i cannot climb stairs. I will rate this place as a place not to stay. One of the worst I have seen in a while, no facilities.

Wifi did not work properly. We literally needed to go out of the room to get fair connection. The room was spacious which is good for a barkada/family get-together. 5-7 people could move freely inside. 2 coffee tables, 5 chairs, a sofa, table/dresser and a center table were in good condition. Microwave & minifridge were working and there were a lot of plates to use. The double bed though felt cramped due to the headboard design. We could barely turn and/or stretch arms while sleeping. Blanket/sheets were clean but really thin. A pull-out bed was readily available, just ask for additional sheets if you would use it (not sure if surcharge). It was relatively cool in the room and had the temp on 22-25 degrees only due to the blanket. There were times, however, when we were a bit sweaty as the air might not be circulating well due to the size of the room. Bathroom - 4/5 For a budget hotel. It was big, nice and clean but not new. Reapplying white grout on the tiles might make the bathroom look much cleaner. Loved the hot water. The hotel was located in a residential area. There are some small stores (sari-sari) and local eateries (carinderia) around but the roads are narrow and not fancy. 20-25 mins to the airport via car/taxi without traffic, 25-30 mins to sm mall of asia without traffic -- 1 hour when we were caught in a jam.

This hotel was so difficult to find that taxi and other forms of transportation were unable to find it numerous times. The hotel is in a very noisy location making it feel like you were sleeping out on the street. Most of the rooms were rented by locals making feel more like a boarding house. The room was less than desirable arrangements which could have been cleaned better. I would NEVER stay here EVER again no matter how good the price.

Overnight lay over

The room we had was more spacious than what we would usually get for a red doorz booking so that was great but the aircon did not function well. It only worked in fan setting which was not enough for the size of the room. We asked for help at the lobby but the lady only got it to work at fan as well.
