"Nice hotel but a fair bit out of the way for anything The pool and roof terrace are closed till June Check taxi fares to where you need to go as there is a very limited bus/metro service and the taxis vary massively on time of day "

"We had a very nice stay. It was our last day in Madrid before we came home back to California. We had some drinks in the bar area. We also had dinner at the hotel. Food was delicious. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel as well."

"Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi. Good service at the hotel Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee. Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging. Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔 Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again."

"This is a great hotel, I assume the best in the town. It has a lovely feel to it. Very elegant building which the photos don’t do justice. The staff especially the nice lady on reception were excellent. Negatives are room was small and no facilities (no gym etc) but overall it was great value for money and we would stay again. "
