"Apparment was excellent and suited to our need well. Furnitures were beatiful and functional. Other equipments were sufficient. Location is perfect for family holiday. Easy access to The Beach, public transportation is near, Marina Mall only a small walk away."

"Apartment was not clean on arrival (pubic hairs in both bathrooms) asked for it to be cleaned never was. Lots of beetles and cockroaches which we have never had in Dubai before. Reported a leaking toilet on arrival was never attended to all week despite several requests. "

"Good location and gorgeous building. Amenities in the unit can be upgraded. The furniture in the unit is cheap and not comfortable (sofa, bed, balcony furniture etc.). Bathroom ameniities were quite basic as well. We were asked to pay a security deposit with no communication as to when we will receive the credit back. I had to follow up for the information on my end with no proactive communication from the management. We are still waiting to receive the security deposit back. Overall, good...

"It is in a nice and convenient part of town. They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. "
