"The staff was very helpful when we arrived late at night. They were also very responsive when I had some concerns about the swimming pool pump not operating, which they fixed immediately."

"When I got there was expecting to pay the amount left as what it showed. No I had to pay 100 more then what it said to pay when getting there. The stay was nice I liked it just when I expected to get the 100 deposit back I haven’t received it yet. I tried to call and ask about it and got hung up on. I took pictures before and after of the place due to how much the deposit was and I haven’t received it back and no one will talk to me. Not happy."

Desk was nice but our keys kept not working replaced them multiple times and they were aware and said it's been happening for the past few weeks. Completely inconvenient. "My first time at a Holiday Express and I have to say the cleanliness is immaculate great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the service was great as well. The breakfast was included Im not a big fan of breakfast food so I only had the biscuits and gravy that was ok but it wasn’t warm enough I think I got the end of the batch. Although it is near by a few fast food joints and close by the freeway. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again"
