"Staff was amazing however we were in a 3br condo which was very outdated, internet wasn’t working, mold, old stains and cracks throughout the unit. Maybe it’s me but I am surprised Hilton didn’t upgrade these units. View however and staff was amazingly beautiful. Cookies was nice and warm!! Construction sucked and some family members complained about their units smelling like poop and bathrooms not being fully cleaned. Overall won’t stay here again."

"We stayed at the Grayson for two nights. The staff was friendly and service was great. My only complaint is the room we were assigned didn't have a bathroom door into the bathroom, just a curtain and there was also no shower door and this was a little odd and uncomfortable for us. On the other hand, our friends had a spectacular room with a bathroom door and shower door with separate tub. So when booking be mindful that the rooms are not all the same."

"Stayed over for 2 night prior to our cruise. Great staff and we enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We got what we paid for. The pillows are the flattest pillow my head has ever laid on, almost non existent lol. The Hilton can definitely do better. Other than that, it was a good stay prior to our cruise."

"If you want a peaceful stay, this is not the place nor the area. It's a ver livefull area with lots of people, parties, traffic, etc. But the hotel is great for the value."

"We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch.
