"Nice pool, great staff and VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY "

"Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay. We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was...

"The rooms were very clean. The pool is heated to 84° and open year round! We had a ocean view balcony, and never wanted to leave. Staff bring your selected breakfast to your room at a time of your choosing. Less expensive than other chains, and by far way better experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We felt like family."

"Checked in at almost 3am after driving for 17 hrs and got basically told we should go to another hotel because keys weren’t able to be made for us unless we were walked to the room which was fine with us but kept insisting not having keys is a problem.. ended up checking out the next day instead of staying 3 nights because it smelled so musty. "Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. "
