"Pros: Rooms are clean and very large. Cons: We travel often with our small dog and chose this hotel because they advertise themselves as “one of the most pet friendly hotels in South Lake Tahoe”. They charge a $75/night per fee, however, we were not provided with any of the advertised pet amenities (pet bed, bowls, treats, bandana, etc). We were also supposed to receive 2 free drinks for having Expedia VIP status, however, we also didn’t received that."
