Staff was very helpful specially the two front ladies when we checked in; also staff at breakfast was very sweet. "The hotel is well situated and an ideal base for families who want a bit of a sanctuary away from the main hustle and bustle but still close enough you can walk to those areas in 10-15minutes. The rooms were well furnished, clean and beds super comfortable. The Hydropool was great to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing."

"I liked that this place had daily house keeping and a refrigerator in the room. There's also a cappuccino machine downstairs by the lobby where you can get your morning coffee for free. The room was very very very small. If you're traveling alone, this room would be fine. There is no coffee machine or kettle in the room. There is no iron in the room, but you can borrow one from the front desk. There is no laundry room in the hotel."
