"Very quick to respond to inquiries. Well stocked fridge and pantry for self serve continental breakfast in main floor and mini fridge in bedroom. Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. "

"Room was fine except for the nearby loud road, not the best location if you end up located on the side close to it.
There was no running water in the morning, I called the front desk and it turns out they were having the hot water tank replaced, no mention of it at check in."

"Staff were great and check in was smooth. We didn't use the amenities so can't comment. The restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel too.
Only comment was the bed sheet quality and they were very starchy, bed was super comfortable though."
