"It is a new hotel and could be a very nice hotel but there are things that still need to be done before anybody would want to stay there. We stayed in a room with no phone and no clock no view and windows that couldn’t even open.. There’s nothing to do. They do offer a free ferry to get to the other side of the island where things are happening. They have no bike rental no ability to set up tours. "Die Unterkunft passt was Leistung und Service betrifft ..staff sehr nett ..passt..was man aber erwähnen sollte ..Zimmer extrem hellhörig ..man kann ohne Probleme jegliche Komunikation vom zimmer nebenan mithören ..die nachbarn machen ab spätestens 7 Uhr eine lautstärke/musik .geht gar nicht .. "

"Greeting when we arrived was fantastic. Room was clean, and food was good. When we booked this place it was because of the pool bar, however, what isn’t said is that the bar is only open Friday-Sunday. This should clearly be stated as we were there Sunday- Wednesday so only got it for one day. "

"Lovely staff, nice clean rooms, air conditioning worked great. Only thing giving this a 4* is the bed/pillows. I personally did not find the bed very comfortable and I like a thicker pillow. Other than that the place was amazing. Great location. "

"On arrival we found the towels completed covered in bugs, we then saw bugs on our bed sheets and other areas of the room, bugs had gotten into our backpack. We texted the manager Miguel at 7:30 who said he would come right away, he arrived at 8:30 and told us the room had been fumigated prior to our arrival but he would do a deep clean and fumigation right now. "Super Lage, saubere und große Zimmer. Die zwei Damen an der Rezeption waren leider sehr unfreundlich. Waren total genervt nicht mal ein Lächeln. Dass man nicht vor Check in ins Zimmer kann ok aber man bekommt nicht mal eine Stunde vorher Pool Handtücher. Noch nie erlebt. Zimmermädchen aber sehr nett."
