"The rooms were disgusting and not clean. Stains on the th beadspreads and headboards, chunks of call missing, garbage left in trash can. People yelling in other rooms. We literally went into the room and walked out with all of our stuff and booked another hootel on the spot."

"Only got one bath towel for two people. There was a day were the room was not serviced. $15 dollars for parking was a ripoff when there is a free public lot next door. "

"Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. "

"This hotel is not at all what was advertised on Expedia. The pictures appear to be “modified” as even the exterior doors are completely different - no, they didn’t replace them, the doors were extremely old and damaged. The walls and doors inside were filthy & damaged, the floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped in quite sometime. All the hotels in the area were booked solid and there was no back up plan for our trip so we were stuck. If I could, I would give 0 stars. -100/10. do not...

"We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus."
