"Nice, large room with a small kitchen. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Conveniently located near two train stations and easy to get to from the airport on the TCAT shuttle bus. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "

"Lovely quiet apartment with access to beautiful rooftop view of Sumida river and Tokyo skyline. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to needs for flexibility with check in out. Beds were very comfortable. Washer/dryer was a great benefit also. 10 min or so walk to subway."

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

"The room was spacious and clean for two kids and two adults. There are many dining options walkable distance from the hotel. The prices in the restaurants are reasonable as it is in the residential area. It is a few minutes walk from Morishita train station, and also from the Life grocery store where you can buy cooked and uncooked food and prepare and enjoy in the hotel. The hotel room has utensils, cookware, stove, and laundry machine. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
