"The room was clean but the bathtub was not securely installed so we didn't get to use it. We reserved the Superior family room which said it could sleep 6 people. It was not that spacious for three of us; therefore, it would be crowded for 6 people. Also, it would not be comfortable to share a twin bed if a person is more than 100 pounds."

"The nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The rooms were spacious and the lobby modern and welcoming. The neighbourhood is quiet but still not too far away from the centre. There are lots of food options nearby and underground 10 m away, as well as the airport shuttle. Free aromatherapy and salts bags for your bath give the place a little special touch. Very kind staff. Highly recommended."

"Great location, it’s about 10-15 minute walk to Akihabara station. There’s a 7/11 down the road and it’s in a quiet area. Eco-laundry is a 3 minute walk. On the 2nd floor there’s a place to heat up your food and sit to eat, this was super helpful. The room itself was fine, it was just super small. It said it fit 5 but really more like 3. Housekeeping had to be requested, however there was a trash bin outside the rooms to dispose of trash. Other than that, it was good overall."

"We booked family room with 4 beds. The room was spacious compared to usually small hotel room in Tokyo. The location is very convenient; it is very close to Tokyo station and the airport bus terminal. Just wish they can provide more washer/dryers. There are four machines in the laundry room and don't have an app to check the availability, so you will have to be lucky to get one."

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

"Lovely hotel! My kids really enjoyed their stay. I would suggest adding more variety to the selection of English books. It would also be helpful to have a way to dim or cover the exit light near the beds at night, as it can be quite bright. The street noise can also be noticeable at times. Lastly, clearer communication about garbage disposal would be appreciated. It’s right next to the train station, 7-eleven and minutes walk to a grocery store. Overall, we had a great stay!"
