"Clean room with all the ammenities needed. Quite for a good nights sleep and good location for things nearby, however might be a little bit far out depending on what you're visiting so you spend a bit of time on the subway. The table in the room was also too big and woulve been good to fold away because it made the room feel a bit cramped. Otherwise comfortable enough. "

"We LOVE this hotel stay. It's definitely a HOME away from home with EVERYTHING we need, from full kitchen to washer-dryer laundry room. We enjoy the spacious layout, dining table, large fridge... also, very convenient location with 7/11, cafe, restaurants, free shuttle at Tokyo City Air Terminal, plus airport bus direct to both airports! The only tiny thing I wish is NO little window by bunk bed because it was very cold with breeze air coming through in December... I had to wear a hoodie to...

"We had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family, which made a big difference when traveling together. The location is super convenient—easy access to Tokyo Station and nearby transportation. The staff were friendly, patient, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcomed. Overall, it was comfortable, practical, and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

"Everything was good making our stay nice. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast, public bath, and the slightly larger floor plan and room. The ice cream outside the bath was nice. The ramen snack at night is a nice touch too."

"The room was very clean and bigger than all the other standard rooms Japan hotels that we stayed at. Separate toilet room from shower room. Loved that it was a big shower instead of a tub shower. Flooring vs carpeting makes seem cleaner and more modern. Very very close to Tokyo train station and Limousine Bus station made it very convenient. Staff nice and helpful. Would stay there again."
