"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"The hotel was fine. The AC can be controlled easily and is fairly strong. The rooms have a tendency to get humid but the AC works well. The rooms are a bit dusty but it's fine."

"Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo, beautiful hotel, rooms are on the smaller side but very smartly designed. I had a fantastic time and would stay there again. The neighborhood is on the calmer side, which is great. Easy access to Ginza and Kinschico (which is less touristic, I recommend getting lost in this area) A lot of great places at a walking distance, easy access to narita airport using the bus and the 24h supermarket right downstairs is great for late night needs. Highly recommend."

"The staff, every day, were extremely polite and professional. They were also very helpful with all our queries on restaurants and shops. Room was extremely neat and clean, and beds were comfortable. Location was amazing as it’s just a few steps away from Nihombashi."

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"
