"We liked the property and location very much. The resort is beautiful with lots of plants. Only one thing is we saw some cockroaches in the bathroom. You might have to take care of it."

"Property location and amenities were great. Condo itself was nice enough until we discovered all the issues. Issue one, the door code did not work on arrival which was very frustrating as it was very late at night. Once I called Vacasa they sorted out the code and got us in. There are no sharp knives in the kitchen (all mismatched, bent, and dull as rocks), the pans for cooking were very old, scratched, pealing Teflon that everything stuck to and had to be scrubbed by hand. "There were a few items in the room that needed repair. The main sofa bed was not functional, appeared very old, and was not very clean. It did not feel safe to sleep on. Additionally, one of the dining chairs had a loose leg, making it unsafe to sit on. Fortunately, we noticed the issue before one of our children used it. "This is a beautiful property. I booked this trip for myself, my daughter and son-in-law and grandson. The two bedroom was perfect for us. Everything we could have wanted was in the condo, The views were spectacular, the front desk staff were great as was the concierge. We loved the close proximity to Whaler’s Village. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this property!!!!"

"The place was not stocked up well and the appliances like coffee machine were dirty. Things were minimally maintained abd the beach equipment was so dirty and smelly, I had yo wash the beach towels before using it and beach chairs wete all stained and smelly. But overall it was clean."

"It was super clean. A little close to the roadway so you hear cars at night. NO AIR CONDITIONING. But the breeze blowing through the rooms is MORE than enough cooling. Overall 8/10"

"Wonderful Place to stay in Kihei. Communicative host. Everything you need for your stay. Great staff and parking. Very clean. Right on the beach, which is fantastic!! As for the Air conditioner; it is not an A/C, its more of an air handler, it does not blow cold air. A bit of a disappointment but everything else made up for that. I would recommend staying here for sure. 4 out of 5 starts jus due to the lack of A/C"
