"I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfy, and quiet. The location was great too, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and cute. Beds were comfortable and linens were decent. The carpet and furniture were outdated in our older room, but their location right on the beach is fantastic. They have a great pool and smaller hot-tub. Cute little beach out front of the buildings. The deck with a view of the lake and fire pit was great. Very affordable. Little game room for the kids. This might be our new spot! Thanks Crown motel for the good times!"

"Complicated review - night time the front desk girl was awesome. Thank you! The morning person, I think there’s a humanity that is sadly, going away. No one was at the hotel but me and a few cars and I needed a little more time to work. Policy is let’s get as much money as possible, kindness would have noticed the slow middle of the week day and said ‘no problem! To an extra 30 minutes to an hour in the room. I would have tipped the cleaners for the kindness. Leaving at noon is not uncommon and the night time girl said just give them a call, they should be able to accommodate that for you. It’s like everyone now are just enjoying the power trip of being UNKIND right when they can be. It’s rather odd as the original review was going to be amazing and i would recommend this place. But it’s just so odd to be unnecessarily dismissed for such a small gesture. No ‘can I stay til 2’ nothing of the sorts. I asked can I leave before noon and policy states I have to pay more. If it was busy, I could understand. No one else around! So this is basically a message saying staffing is so incredibly critical and kind people should operate the front desk. Some people with some common sense. I said ‘I thought you would be kind…but thanks for letting me know’. ‘Yes no problem sir’. I would rather have an AI hired so I know to expect a very dismissive unkind response. Very unfortunate departure. The night girl was awesome!"

"I am really impressed with the room. It's big and the spa in room is exceptional. We keep ourselves relax in the spa after a whole day hiking. The location of the hotel is really good. The Harbour beach is super near along with many good restaurant within walking distance. The staffs are really good and helpful."

"Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season. Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones crawling on the shore of the pool. No staff was there to clean when we were there; another family decided to use the net to clean by themselves so their kids could use the pool. My kids were not dare to use it still."

"I checked into this hotel with my family and found our room extremely hot because the air conditioner was not working. Although a technician came and adjusted the settings, the temperature did not improve even after more than two hours. When I asked the property manager for a different room, he refused to provide one, so I decided to check out and requested a full refund. I was given a receipt with no resort or parking charges and told to contact Orbitz for the refund, but so far neither Orbitz nor the hotel has refunded any of my money. On top of this, the property manager was very rude and unhelpful, which made an already bad experience even worse. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel."
