"Stay away from Blanca Room at all cost!!! Bathroom is divided into 3 Sections with alternating doors! Dangerous! Person got HIT multiple times by the sliding doors when using the faucet n can get hit by the door when using the toilet or shower! "Loved our stay thank you. Improvements could have been quicker check in. The queue was long and processing was slow and we couldn't do self check in as wouldn't accept my NZ phone number. The safe was locked in our room so had to wait for security to open couldnt just leave them to it. They could of communicated the resort fee and entitlements better had to ring front desk about wifi and didn't know about entitlements"
