"3 time staying always a great stay"

"The shears had a significant tear and the curtains would not close. More importantly, a facility which seems to want to cater to families and longer term clients had difficulty locating a trolley to accommodate luggage. When asked, they indicated trollies would be parked by the elevator. During my nearly week long stay, that never happened. This was a major inconvenience."

"Staff and facilities were great. Excellent breakfast."

"I enjoyed the property. My room was next to the ice machine room and a buzz would happen every so often. The toilet had a small leak and would fill often. With the door closed and the sound machine on, it was barely noticeable. I had an issue with the heater and deadlock. Both were addressed promptly by staff. Over all, would stay there again."

"The staff up front was very helpful, but something to be aware of before you choose this location, however, the streets are littered with homeless people. The location is great being in midtown and across from an IHOP, but just know you won't be the only guests there."

"The hotel itself was great. However, throughout the night they were various power surges that cut our electricity off. I could handle without an air conditioner but when you wear a CPAP not having electricity makes it very difficult to sleep and breathe. Upon checkout, the staff said they would have someone check it out, but didn’t offer much beyond that. A breakfast or something would’ve been great. But I’m sure that that didn’t cross their mind."

"Nice hotel, quite new. Rooms are big but a little bit noisy for those on the road side. Breakfast is not good at all, should be improved in term of quality."

"There was too much noise from the road outside of our room, and the shower was dripping, plus there was a hole in the curtains that the Early morning sun came right through. All in all it was an okay place to stay a night. The breakfast was good and included"

"It was a clean but rather average hotel. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. No bathrobes, only one rather hard chair, no entry light so you had to enter the room in the dark. Only three drawers and one towel rack."
