"Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Wonderful free hot breakfast with lots of options and attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a light clean; emptying trash and replacing towels. Some issue with the television but staff was responsive. Restaurant was not open. Our room faced the parking lot and there were people making noise for at least an hour after 9:00 at night."

"Building is in need of a face-lift. Carpets inside rooms,lobbies, stairs, etc...are absolutely disgustingly stained and dirty. Great pool and late check out is until 1pm"

"The bathroom was terrible. To take a shower was to flood the bathroom floor. We were on the 7th floor on the side with the Mass Pike and noise all night. And who knows how to raise the blinds. I looked and looked and found nothing and to believe that the blinds were to stay down is unbelievable. Over all I will never stay there again. On top of all else the staff could not give directions to the hotel and what little they told us was wrong"

"The staff was very sweet but did feel I may have been a bit of a bother when I called front desk at night. The rooms were renovated but not completely, a bit of a miss matched between room and bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the gross side, towel hanger was missing and only showed nails. Front area needs a renovation, I am sure the employees would appreciate it. I missed breakfast but the area they had it in was super clean and they look to have loads of offerings. Took me a while to...
