"I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him. Spoke/mumbled very fast and was immediately frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself. We went on with our stay, not wanting to let it ruin the hotel experience. I checked my bank and realized $200 was on hold. I called the hotel figure out what’s going on and was told “the system has been double charging...

"This is a really nice hotel, quiet and clean. I especially like that it has trees around it. The lighting in the rooms is also really nice."

"We had a great, quick stay. Perfect if visiting Kings Island. I do wish the sheets were a tad softer, however, the property was nice, clean and well kept."

"It was a late night stop. The room was clean, but outdated. AC was cold. It was expensive for having no amenities."

"The air did not work in our room. We let them know and they switched us to the room next door. We went in and the air unit would not even come on. They switched us again to another room on the same floor and the same thing happened again. All of this going on after 11:00pm to a family of 4. After being switched to a 4th room on a different level, the air worked but the room had a weird smell. They were very happy to switch rooms and try to help us but it was pretty frustrating."

"The hotel has a horrible musty smell. Need to invest in hvac air freshener system. My room specifically smelled like a urine ammonia smell. It was so bad I had to be spraying my perfume in our air conditioner vent."

"The lip of the swimming pool was terribly rough and jutted out over the edge. Two people's toes in my room was painfully scraped. Missed the breakfast because it ended at 9. Even McDonald's stays open until 10."
