"The room was clean, plenty off snacks and breakfast muffins were amazing! Staff very friendly! Hair dryer was burnt out they took note but was hoping to have been offered an alternative. Overall definitely would recommend!"

"This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"The stay was okay overall, but there were several issues. There is no free parking, which was disappointing. The ice machine was broken during my stay. Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking building, there was a strong smell of marijuana near the elevator and coming from the room next door. The odor was so strong that I had to place two wet towels under my door to help keep the smell out of my room. Check-in was smooth, but the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming.
