"I was in a mixed dormitory and everything was nice and clean. They kept the general area cooler which is nice since it gets hot inside the bed/capsule but they also provide fans if you request one. I never had to wait to use the bathroom or one of the showers. There is laundry and vending machines in the building but no change machine so just keep that in mind.
