"Very easy to shuttle back and fourth to the airport from the hotel. It will be my go to hotel for trips to Minneapolis."

"The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. "Right across the street was the mall no need to drive or Uber at a walking distance. We went on memorial day wknd so maybe thats why the pool was congested and the breakfast in the morning as well. Overrall not bad"

"Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious room. We used the shuttle to the airport and it went smooth. We didn’t use the pool but it looked awesome. Will for sure stay again!"

"We really couldn’t have asked for a better home-base for our trip. #1 the shuttle was not only free, but it was ready whenever we were!! Every single person working was so so kind and helpful. The indoor pool was a great time and opened 6am-10pm! Great gym! Outdoor seating spaces with a fire and all! Great different breakfast choices daily. We really loved this place!"

"Overall the room was fine. The bathroom looked a bit old and outdated but fine. The room temp did not go below 70 which was too hot for us but the front desk brought us a fan when we asked for one so that was great. The front desk was very helpful and quick at check in. It's also a 3 minute drive to the MOA so that was neat. Would stay again."

"Our room wasn’t in good shape. There was chewed bubblegum stuck to the wall, the toilet seat was broken and so was the handle to the sink in the bathroom. The pool was great but staff needs to be more on top of rules. I got headbunted from adults throwing and pushing around other adults around the pool. Our 7 year old got in trouble for having her legs in the hot tub when there was several other kids physically in the hot tub. They definitely have a lot of improvement to do and need to do a...

"The customer service was great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was so clean I could not find one thing out of place. There was no carpet which was even more amazing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked. We did not hear anything above or below us. The breakfast was pretty good, a lot to choose from."

"We had a lot of noisy highway traffic, The bed was hard and we had stained sheets on the bed."

"Staff and breakfast were excellent. Only negatives were the carpet stains next to the bed and the dirt in the channels of the shower door. First thing I saw when I placed the bath mat on floor. Kind of made bath feel gross."
