"It was a very mixed stay, although overall it was positive. The first room we were given was very dirty. The walls in particular were yellow and marked, including hand prints on the walls and mould on the curtains (pictured attached). The room was very hot and the window didn't open - no air conditioning either. It was quite small and cramped. Premier inn would have been a lot better. "Beautiful room and en-suite in a lodge with four others, tucked away at the back of the garden. Very comfortable. Especially appreciated two armchairs, decent size fridge and small outside area with table and chairs. Evening meal in the pub was also excellent. Lovely beer garden and attentive hosts. We didn't have breakfast as making an early start but ordered a packed lunch which was very handy."

"Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We didn’t use the spa due to only staying one night and the extra charge as booked through Expedia but if book direct, it’s included. Rooms are compact but adequate with controllable aircon, comfortable beds and a good sized TV. "There is no guest house, it's a scam, fraud, fake. I want my money back! They accept booking, you get confirmation and you don't get room, they don't answer your call. Need to report it to every possible site!"

"Do not stay during the summer since the property as no A/C and gets extremely hot in the summer months. Also communication could be better , we had difficulty finding the location an getting in. The place is really centrally located and overall very nice, if you stay in cooler months"
