"The room was completely unsanitary we couldn’t even remove our shoes in the room or bathroom. Literally theres pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The towels are folded but full of hair and the bed linens were not cleaned… full of stains and marks. Also very noisy and extremely hot which made it impossible to sleep through the night. I tried to call the front desk but the phone is not even working. No line at all. I dont even think cleaning products are being used to wash the surfaces as...

"The room was very dirty. All the sheets were dirty, we found pubic hair on the cover sheet, blood and we also noticed that all the blankets had smoke burns. The blankets had hair all over it as if somebody had just used it and it was never cleaned. We called the cleaning lady in, and she was saying that everything was clean even though I was showing her the dirty blankets right in front of her eyes. "Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Upon arriving, we found that our first room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke mixed with an unpleasant old sweat smell. We brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, and I want to acknowledge that the staff was very accommodating and did their best to assist us by promptly moving us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a similar odor, and we were shocked to find that the mattress was heavily stained and...

"Property is under construction so pool wasn’t available. The hotel restaurant food was ok and service was lacking. Stayed during a World Cup game and convenience to MetLife Stadium was a challenge. Probably will stay somewhere else if we ever come back."

"Room 226 had a broken AC, otherwise stay was good. Bus 320 stops just outside and takes you to Manhattan and back for ten bucks. Free parking, good eating is walking distance, with a Walmart nearby also."
