"We had an amazing stay! The customer service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!"

"- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming - Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock) - Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere - Breakfast was delicious and varied - Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters - Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel."

"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."

"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
