"There is a kitchen in the hotel room, but you have to buy everything yourself if you want to cook. Also, if you wish to iron, there is no iron in the room."

"The toilet tank would not fill so toilet wouldn’t flush. No Kleenex in holder. Not one waste basket. Toilet roll had maybe five wraps around roll. Floor was spongy—wood rot maybe—in front of toilet and tub. Tub was chipped and had cigarette burns. Worst nights sleep’s sleep ever—intermittent whoosh from water pipe in wall every ten to fifteen seconds lead to sleepless nigh. And there is more. First time ever I did not tip!"

"Check in was fast. Parking was easy. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The only thing I would list as not so good is no kleenex and only 1 garbage can. The room itself was very large and more than we expected."

"Breakfast was almost gross. Coffee was hot— about the only positive thing I can say about the coffee. Fresh fruit was an apple. My spouse did like the gravy."

"We were there for the Invincible: Michael Jackson Tribute at the Alberta Bair, which was fire amazing! But, we stayed on first floor, parking was not an issue. Rooms were clean and nice. The infamous Burger Dive was practically across the street from hotel, and worth going to! Alberta Bair Theatre is block down and block up, about 5 min walk. Stella's Kitchen & Bakery right next to hotel, is 100% amazing breakfast! There are many other places to eat or have a nice evening drink, within a couple blocks. Hotel is in a very good location to check out downtown either walking or driving. Hotel is very nice as well, and we felt an instant welcoming! like we were destined to be there! and we don't ever feel that way with other hotels. It was our first time at a Best Western hotel, and are 100% returning later on this fall for another concert at Alberta Bair, and we highly recommend Best Western Clocktower Inn, Billings, MT. "My spouse and I recently stayed at this Best Western in Billings, we stayed in the Heartland Suite Room and had a very positive experience, though there are a few minor things to keep in mind. The Compliments: The free breakfast the best I’ve had at a hotel in a long time, well kept and good variety. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to both the city and local nature spots. I do recommend a vehicle, it's not fully walkable to the downtown areas/parks. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfy, and the pillows were small but good variety. I also really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower and a. The bath tub was excellent to relax. The pool was a lot of fun, especially if you have kids, and a great way to spend some downtime in the hot tub. The type of folks staying here, I'd think have adult only from 10 pm - 12 am for the pool would be greatly appreciated. The Drawbacks: The amenities felt a bit subpar. We were only given a bar of soap and tiny, single-use items. There were also very few towels and no extra blankets in the room. If you’re a fitness enthusiast, or want a quick workout, the gym is a bit lackluster and could use free weights and a mat or two. Overall, the "bare-bones" amenities, the comfort and the incredible breakfast make this a solid choice. Just remember to pack your own toiletries and request extra towels ahead of time!"
