"This was close to the airport, it was fine, breakfast was included for a fee it was ok. Shuttle was good once we located it coming to area by train. Tried calling staff to get help getting the shuttle and they just kept saying the same thing, that was frustrating."

"The pool area, restaurant, and common areas are beautiful, which is what initially drew us to book this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of the property is incredibly outdated and in need of a major renovation. The hallways have worn, dirty carpeting and scuffed walls, and the rooms are very dated.

"We loved our stay at the Hotel San Francesco. The entire staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. Liz at reception gave us great recommendations, we enjoyed chatting with her. Smiley truly lives up to her name, lovely and helpful.
We enjoyed apperitivos at the rooftop lounge and were never disappointed with the food, drinks and service. We appreciated that they offer breakfast since most of our party prefers having a nutritious full breakfast before getting those 10k steps a day.

"It was 38’C when we were in Rome. The AC in these rooms is beautiful. Had the room at 17’C and it was heavenly. The rooms are extremely tiny. Just a bed and bathroom.
Also the cafe attached serves an American breakfast if you are staying at the hotel.
Would stay again if it was going to be hot. If it was cooler, nothing in particular would bring me back here."
