All good, except parking nearby was impossible. I had to use a parking garage several blocks away at $80/night. It did state no parking. But it should state No Parking in the Neighbourhood.

Upon arrival we had just got off cruise ship and had no clue there was no front desk and no check until later in day so no place to put luggage - so we ended up leaving and finding a new place to stay- we still haven’t got a refund - unacceptable

Joel has to be the worse host I’ve ever encountered with, for the simple fact of his communication skills are terrible and also doesn’t follow on his word and lastly he was quick to charge me for a deposit but it’s been almost a month since I let from my trip and still haven’t gotten my deposit back… I just advise anyone staying here pleaseeeeeeeeeeee becareful

PESIMA ADMINISTRACION

La comunicación por parte de la agencia que administra los inmuebles es pésima. Se hizo un deposito de 250 USD y al momento de devolver el dinero a mi cuenta bancaria retornaron 0 USD, se llama a la agencia para averiguar que pasó y no dan respuesta. Se hace salvedad que al momento de hacer el Check Out se verificó todo y estuvo todo en perfectas condiciones. La unica respuesta que se ha tenido por parte de la agencia fue un e-mail donde nos dicen que me comunique al banco y el banco notifica que no se ha retornado nada....

I will stay again soon

My stay here was nice. We had access to different restaurants shops and the beach. The place need some updating but its comfortable enough to stay again also recommended to others.

The property was easily accessible, there is no parking on the property but everything nearby is walkable to. The place was clean and provided all the necessary amenities needed for the whole stay.

There were only smelly towels provided. Parking was about a 20 minute walk at 5 hours for $20. The company charged me an extra $100 for 5 people when we only had 4 (expedia error) but both companies refused to correct it. The owner requires you to take all your trash out and clean before leaving or they will charge your deposit. The sheets were NOT clean and the bed in the main room was rocky and sitting on a couple pieces of wood. The neighbors are extremely loud all night with music, hallway fighting, and yelling with fun alllllll night!

I like everything. Neighborhood was great. Great location. Everything in walking distance. The apartment was nice. I the only thing I didn’t like was the refrigerator didn’t keep our food and drinks cold. Other than that loved my stay would stay there again!
