"Hotel is in a great location, right near Times Square. Front lobby was clean and the staff was very helpful. On weeknights they have a free wine happy hour with music. You also receive 2 vouchers per day for breakfast. You can either sit at their restaurant, Friedmans and pay $6.50 per person, or can go to a different cafe and get the free grab and go breakfast. They have water and ice machines on each floor which was nice to refill our Stanley's before a day of walking. My only complaint was the outlet in the bathroom did not work. Also it took a bit to figure out how to get the toilet to flush (pull the handle up instead of down). "

"The room was dated and filthy. No refrigerator. Dusty cabinets, bedside table, dresser. The bathroom had black mold growing under the sink and in the caulking. Gross. "

Near restaurants and train stations.The rooms and restrooms were super small. we had to request a room change because the toilet wasn’t working plus the whole place smelled bad. The second room had the same weird scent in the restroom. Staff were not friendly. Definitely not coming back to this hotel. "

"Property was clean and central to all the great tourist destinations. Easy access to subway. Rooms were a great size and offer good views. The amenities were amazing! We used the complimentary breakfast and happy hour on many occasions. The staff were all incredible, welcoming, and helpful. Would stay again! "
