"Check in was fine and at first glance the room seemed clean. It wasn’t until the next morning that problems arose. Went to shower, absolutely NO hot water. The water didn’t begin to get warm until I was almost done with my shower. The shower was a handicap shower and when I went to get out, I realized the entire time water was running out in the floor. "I asked for a credit because my father passed away. To be fair, the tix were nonrefundable, but the hotel still has the ability to grant the refund through expedia. I called a week in advance and was denied my refund. Would have much preferred to have stayed, but would also have hoped that Hilton would give a refund with these particular circumstances. Hard to find people that give a rip anymore."

"I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place."

"We came in late while on a road trip. Either the bed was extremely comfortable or I was exhausted. They even had firm pillows. Who sleeps on pillows where you head rests o. The mattress? The shower pressure was adequate. Breakfast was on par with other hot breakfasts at other hotels. Ill stay there again the next time i pass through Lebanon. "

"I only stayed for one night so I wasn't expecting much but the staff was very helpful during check in and check out. They were also very accommodating for a late check-out. Room was decently clean for my stay with no major sanitary issues. My only issue was that my upstairs neighbor was incredibly loud and seemed to be either smashing things/throwing things around which kept going on for hours, don't really know what happened up there but I decided to just sleep through the night with the TV on...
