"I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place."

"The only thing would be that it needed more trash cans, ice at the ready, and maybe some spices like salt and pepper for takeout food. The sofa is a little short and it would have been nice to have a sleeper sofa instead. "

"Virtual check in is a new thing for this 50's year old traveler. The directions led us to the right AREA but not the right BUILDING so there were some minutes of frustration. But the emails I received when I notified them that I was on site were well written and easy to decipher. The actual room was very good. Full kitchen with just enough staple items (pans, silverware, glasses) to be usable. Unique idea for a rental property. Convenient to all the Nashville tourist attractions on Broadway but...

"Great location walking distance from all the fun on Broadway. Felt like we had a NY city apartment in Nashville! In room laundry machine was a real plus. No staff on site. Only 7 parking spaces available for purchase. None were left during our stay. Bed was only a few feet off the ground. Felt like we were sleeping in a lumpy hammock. That mattress has been pounded. Overall good value for the money."

"The room was clean and welcoming. It was smaller than we thought. It said it could sleep six, which it did, but there was no sitting space once you pulled the couch out. So I would only book it for four next time. The ease of visiting downtown Nashville, by staying in this place was very good. Although, you will have to pay for parking. Which is right across the street."

"The place was beautiful, had everything you needed and more. Great location to downtown. Would 100% come back and stay here when staying in Nashville. Complimentary coffee, tea, dishes, dish soap, salt, pepper and oil to cook with. They also have a luggage storage area that has locks! If I had to choose something to complain about, it would be that the show head pressure wasn’t great, on the weekend you can hear the people in room above you if they’re being loud and their was a dead roach in the...

"The property was clean, well, equipped, and perfect for our needs. The fully functioning kitchen made meals much easier and helped us save on eating out. We also appreciated being away from the busier parts of Nashville. The only downside was its proximity to the freeway, with truck noise at night causing some disturbed sleep. There was also a late night party in one of the neighbouring houses that was quite loud, which was a bit challenging with kids. After a few days staying in Pigeon Forge,...
