"Excellent from start to finish x"

"The receptionist was so lovely and helpful! Parking on site was really good. Bar staff hilarious!! My only moan would be that we had a room at the front which meant the noise from clubs and people walking past was incredibly loud. It went on until 5am, we purchased some ear plugs which meant the 2nd night was much better. This definitely wouldn’t stop us coming back, which we hope to do very soon."

"It was a standard issue room spacious all clean easy access to bathroom. Breakfast needs a tiny bit of improvement as I also work in a hotel I was excepting a bit more food for the English breakfast but not much was there for it the other things like continentals were more available, Staff are really good and I would recommend this hotels others "

"Lovely big room which was spotless and as I had booked the hotel for my son’s birthday there were balloons in his room a lovely Happy Birthday msg on the mirror and two drinks vouchers what a lovely gesture from the hotel. Apparently the breakfast was excellent my son and his girlfriend were very happy 😁"

It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...
