"Loved the hotel but we had one issue. We went to the hot tub on 7/28 and there were about 6 others in the spa. We were in for approximately 6-8 minutes. "Stayed 2 nights because of price. Staff was rude and didn't help when hot water was out in the whole hote. . English was their second language. 2 nights with no hot water.
