"The ad for the condo said the bed was a King which is inaccurate. It is a queen and it sits so low to the ground it was difficult to get up from. The bathroom door would not open all the way because it catches on the floor. The shower had no where to put shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. I had to put the toilet lid down and put all of them on the lid and open the door each time I needed one. If we knew the bed wasn't a king we would not have booked."

"We love our unit amazing veiw from every room. The balcony had extra space for table and chairs. Loved loved loved our unit We are old school we dont used the internet to make reservation So with all my confirmation was in a email I couldn't find. Once that was figured out we couldn't get in the gate called 24 hr number no human to talk to. No bar coffee shop or anything extra not a far walk to the beach which had restaurant that was very good"

"We picked this place because of the pool, I was disappointed to find out when we arrived that the pool was under construction and not open. This is something that should have been communicated before we arrived. Also the host could provide more information in the room on the San Destin community. I didn’t realize how large it was or how much there was available to us, you would think with a property in this community that they would try to use it to their advantage to sell a better product....
