"Second year in a row that one of the two elevators were broken. Furniture is totally worn out as well as the mattresses. They refuse to take cash for ice, snacks, etc. will only take plastic or electronic payments so do not go thinking you can pay cash. This used to be one of the best family hotels on the beach when the family owners still ran it. They sold out to a”resort” LOL. What resort amenities were there? Cleanliness was terrible and the staff would not even get up and make coffee for...

"Would definitely stay here again. The only issue my husband and I had was the WiFi. It was spotty. At checkout, I let the front desk know and they said where we were located we could have used the bar/restaurant WiFi. Good to know for our next stay, because we WILL be back ❤️ Staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze!"

"The beach was beautiful and not crowded which we loved. The room floor was filthy along with some kitchen items being filthy. The kitchen was no a fully stocked kitchen with cookware. The lady who checked us out a departure was so sweet. The manager Selena was nice and helped get our room clean. The other manager was very dismissive and not helpful at all. It took 2 days to get our room cleaned and we had to go get towels and toilet paper ourselves."

"Very clean hotel. However, somehow we were only setup for Sunday through Saturday. We thought we payed for Sunday thru Sunday. We booked thru Expedia. Will never do that again, because we wound up having to pay $200 more to stay the Saturday night we thought we had reserved! This has been a very expensive mistake we thought had been taken care of when we checked ked in last Sunday!"
