"Staff upon check in set the whole tone for a very nice stay! Hotel was beautiful, very easy to either use valet or bring bags in from the parking lot. I appreciated the security to enter elevators to the hotel rooms. We stopped for coffee before heading back on the road, and the lady working at the counter was very friendly and professional. Over all it was very nice"

"Great amenities I love the fact that we have to play in the arcade and then Paradise Pier we just kept switching between the two. I love that the R&B bands can be used inside at the rock wall and obstacle course and then we can eat and then go back outside and finish the day playing and riding rides. We had a balcony. The price was great and everybody was really friendly "

"We are so pleased with our stay that we went from one night to adding another. We enjoyed the hot tub, breakfast was good, and if we could give the Cleanliness more than 5 stars we would! However when we moved rooms for second night it was just as clean and nice of a stay, but the ceiling had poor done ugly patch work. Over all the hotel is worth the stay! We are hoping to be back in the future! "
