"Enjoyed staying here lovely old Cotswold stone style Manor House room was fine looked over garden so was quiet I liked having a room that allowed you to open windows ! Highlight for me was the breakfast everything to my liking and staff all very pleasant."

"The castle was a true castle and maintained well. The staff is every area we’re kind and friendly. This is a very nice place to enjoy adult only accommodations and my wife and I would stay here again if ever in the area. Food was also top quality and served as if you were at a 5 star restaurant. "There were strong dog smells in the reception area, and the rooms often picked up cooking smells from the kitchen. The mattresses in the bedrooms were also too soft and should be replaced with firmer, more comfortable ones. Overall, the stay was fine for the price point, but anything over £70 per night would not represent good value for money."

"Another lovely stay! I had requested 3 or 8 as I stay here often. No one got back to me and on arrival I was booked in 21. The guy on reception quickly changed it for me. Helpful as always. 👍"

"Note that this is on the north side of the motorway so when heading south we had to do a detour. And when we got to the place we were told that breakfast was back on the north side. And when we left in the morning there was no one around to ask how to get there if we drove as we didn't have much time. We had booked for two nights but only stayed for one."

"Rooms are clean and modern. The staff are nice, but seemed to be no staff there in the morning. Breakfast is continental which isn’t all that clear before booking. "
