"The hotel was Ok. Front desk personnel were not friendly at all. No greetings, acknowledgment, even by the staff putting out the breakfast. When I’d say good morning they never even looked my direction. Customer service training is badly needed. Staying at 5 different hotels on my trip this staff has been the worst."
