"Dirty room, no hot water, bathroom was filthy, lots of bugs, dead and alive"

"I feel like the rooms at this establishment or better on the tower side inst of the pyramid. Although the hallways of the hotel had ripped wall paper that was just hanging and a funny smell like old paint or wall paper. Still very clean. Besides that very nice room and view ( tower side!)"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
