"Convenient location for anyone planning to visit Valley of Fire state park. It is an older property but well maintained."

"Pool was under construction, no coffee pot, fridge, or microwave. I will be sure to check closer next time I reserve a room. Time share people kept stopping us to try and give us a FREE dinner and show if we sit through a seminar/sales pitch, we had to pay them 25 dollars up front. Hard to navigate your way inside the pyramid to find the correct elevator for your floor and room. At Check-in there was nobody monitoring the counter to help, as it was self-check-in. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Staff was wonderful and always helpful. Security was on point and I never felt unsafe. We absolutely felt comfortable and it was our home away from home. Central location attached to the mall and Planet Hollywood. Right on the strip but tucked away for peace. We will stay again. Only downside was the pool wasn't open. ☹️"
