"Great stay!"

"I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful."

"A fabulous place to stay for exploring Bristol city & area. Great public transport links so car isn’t needed."

"The host was very helpful sending a lot of information before the trip and greeting us with more information and history of the Priory. Well equipped apartment including a pint of milk. I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue. It’s a lovely place, with good amenities but...

Furthermore, despite sending photographs to the property management team and requesting either a refund or an...

"My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. The fridge in the new room had no bottle shelves in the door, the...
