"The staff are amazing! They are kind and helpful. The rooms are big. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There was fresh fruit and vegetables, pastries, meats and cheeses and cereal. There were 2 easy to use Espresso machines. The hotel is about a 20 minute train ride to the Coliseum and a 15 minute walk to Vatican City. There were many food options. They held our bags and reserved a car to the airport the day we left. I highly recommend and would stay again!"

"Hotel was amazing very clean staff were great and loved the breakfast only thing was when I booked it I read they had a shuttle bus it said dropping you in Rome and surrounding areas they need to reword it because they only drop you at train station and only maybe twice a day and when we tried to book it was full we spent an absolute fortune on taxis but hotel room with balcony was very good"

"I travel all over Europe and Italy and I don’t drive anymore so I stay always in historic centers so I can move around on feet and taxis or metro. This hotel is great it is the cleanest one I have ever been in my life. I felt like I was home for the cleanliness. All staff was very gentle and helpful with everything the larger Luxury room in the Vivaldi annex building were recently updated walk in showers and plenty of space. "The room was clean and comfortable, staff were pleasant and helpful. The only concern is that there was only ever one person on the reception desk, and that person was always busy, so the wait time long. It’s no criticism of the staff, who were working hard. The restaurant was outstanding!"

"Strange set up where, at all times, you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool. Bit weird. Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them. Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen. Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."
