"The room was clean, but everything there is very old. There was an old musty smell in the room. The room is dark and lighting is dim. This is a place to just go sleep as the room is not a place where you would want to sit and relax. There is a desk chair but otherwise the bed is only place to sit. The pillows were small square pillows. More like size of throw pillows. I’m glad I brought my own. The staff was very nice and friendly. Like I said if you just need a clean room to sleep this will do. But definitely not a place to spend time in the room. Air conditioning and heating worked but it was extremely loud and blew the curtain up. So could not keep it on if you wanted to be in bed because anyone walking by room could look inside. "

"The location offers great privacy. The lobby, bar, coffee shop, and pool area excellent. The buffet was great but you'll have to pay extra for omelets or other specialty dishes. Highly recommend. "

"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use some improvement—specifically more hooks and repair work where a hook had fallen off the door. We did have a minor issue with housekeeping plugging in alarm clocks in both our room and the adjacent empty room, which woke us up twice. On the plus side, the on-site parking is convenient, though the spaces are quite tight and not ideal for larger vehicles."

"I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a hot tub and sauna across both its website and Expedia listing, including multiple photos. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told by the front desk that both the hot tub and sauna have been closed for years. This was extremely disappointing, as those amenities were the main reason I booked this property over others in the area. This wasn’t a temporary issue or something out of the hotel’s control, it appears the listing has simply not been updated, which feels misleading. Aside from that, the stay itself was okay, but nothing standout. However, advertising amenities that don’t actually exist significantly impacts the overall experience and trust in the property. I would strongly recommend that the hotel update its listings immediately to accurately reflect what is and isn’t available so future guests can make informed decisions."

"Location is great! Rooms are definitely a bit run down but didn’t mind that as much as the virtual kiosk reception desk. If you check in after regular office hours it’s all virtual with someone calling in. Just creepy and couldn’t help me with parking pass via FaceTime?"

"The room had finishings that you could tell were older, but they were very clean and taken care of. Parking is a parking garage, they have limited space outside - about 6 spots total mostly for parking as you check in or out. The room had adorable towel birds twisted into shape. My only complaint is breakfast. To say light is an understatement! When we were there it was cereal, quick oats, and that’s about it. Don’t plan on a hearty meal. "
