"Pro: breakfast was great. That’s the only thing we liked about this place. Cons: very loud, walls and ceiling are paper thin and amplify sound. We could hear the person above us turn over on their bed! Claims to be queen beds, but they are actually only full size. Not that comfortable. Overall we would not stay here again. "

The cable didn't want to work, so we went most of the stay without TV, the heater kept turning itself off, even when it wasn't set to auto. And the bathroom flooded while trying to take a shower and it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay and we weren't offered compensation or a new room as it was the only handicap accessible room available. The walls were filthy and there was damage to fixtures and the microwave...

We arrived just before midnight (not 1am as hotel claimed in response to the other family’s review) and were told of an unexpected $25 late check-in fee plus the standard security deposit. Deposit was fine, and I inserted my credit card into the terminal, but late fee was never disclosed in reservation confirmation. "This is an older motel that has undergone a thoughtful and appealing renovation. It is a budget-friendly option in a good location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Hopefully the owners will be able to also upgrade the plumbing and fixtures in the near future."

"1. Needs better signage. Myself and 6 others attempted to register at the Conference Center, believing it to be the lobby. 2. The room’s thermostat is so complicated that guests are directed to scan a QR for instructions, and watch a video to learn how to turn on the HVAC system. WHY have a thermostat that is NOT user friendly?"

"Great hotel! Very eclectic vibe. My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience. The included breakfast, rooftop bar, and jetted tub were a very nice touch. The only room for improvement is the bed and tv. Our bed was very firm and hard to sleep on, and our tv couldn’t connect to internet so I had to connect my phone hotspot to stream on Netflix. We spent most days out of the hotel so the tv wasn’t a huge deal but I was definitely ready to get back to my own bed...

"I went there at spring break with kids ,Kids really enjoyed a pool & jacuzzi. Hotel clean, interior design, beautiful atmosphere very cozy. They also have a little shop in case if you need anything."
