"Front door lock was not working , I needed to ask 3 times for the frontdesk to check after that around 15 min to get that fixed "

"They do allow pets, however there isn't really a good place for them to go potty. The cable didn't want to work, so we went most of the stay without TV, the heater kept turning itself off, even when it wasn't set to auto. And the bathroom flooded while trying to take a shower and it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay and we weren't offered compensation or a new room as it was the only handicap accessible room available. The walls were filthy and there was damage to fixtures and the microwave...

"The 2 bedroom family suite was huge and perfect for our family! It had a full kitchen and two bathrooms. We cannot wait to stay here again! Highly recommended! "

"Tried checking in at 3pm but our room wasn't ready. Waited 45mins until we can finally enter our room. Room was ok but badly needed an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen area was horrible. One of the chair was broken, microwave door kept getting stuck, stove burners couldn't maintain heat, a used sponge and dining table was old and peeling. Ants and spiders all over the room. Hair on the shower walls. I realize this property is a budget hotel so my expectations were low. Location was close...

"I knew the property wasn’t going to have any luxuries or be fancy. But the place can really improve on the cleaning. Besides having mismatching old furniture, the room wasn’t really clean. Bathroom had stains from a previous leak. "

"The price was right so it’s hard to complain. I can deal with the cosmetic stuff but the mold and ants were a deal breaker. The motel manager who lives there was a bit of a tripper who stares at you every time you go to your car. The pictures of my room tell the story so you can decide. The housekeeping lady is very nice and works hard so keep her in mind when leaving a tip. I like to support local businesses so if they get their act together I might give them another try. "

"There was some stains on the blankets and sheets. The ice bucket was dirty with possible mold or it could’ve been really old coffee. There was also residue on counters. The parking was a noticeable issue but you can tell some of the guests decided to bring multiple cars. A suggestion for that would be to limit parking to guests and maybe assign one per room or number the spots so they correspond with the room number. Other than that everything was fine."
