"Rooms are small (and you can barely shut the bathroom door when you are in there), but you are paying for the beautiful view. Best feature of the hotel is the lobby, with amazing views of the waves, birds, seals, otters & dolphins. Happy hour at the wine bar starts at 3! There were a few snafus while we were there but the staff went above & beyond to make things right."

"Tried checking in at 3pm but our room wasn't ready. Waited 45mins until we can finally enter our room. Room was ok but badly needed an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen area was horrible. One of the chair was broken, microwave door kept getting stuck, stove burners couldn't maintain heat, a used sponge and dining table was old and peeling. Ants and spiders all over the room. Hair on the shower walls. I realize this property is a budget hotel so my expectations were low. Location was close to everything so that's a plus. Wouldn't stay here again."

"There was some stains on the blankets and sheets. The ice bucket was dirty with possible mold or it could’ve been really old coffee. There was also residue on counters. The parking was a noticeable issue but you can tell some of the guests decided to bring multiple cars. A suggestion for that would be to limit parking to guests and maybe assign one per room or number the spots so they correspond with the room number. Other than that everything was fine."
