"Rooms smaller than expected. Staff unwelcoming unless they are trying to sell you on a time share at check in. No room service for food. Took housekeeping 45min to give us a towel on one day, and on another day took almost 45mins to give us waters & vanity kits that should have been replenished during our room clean but wasn’t. Wouldn’t return."

"Pros: Clean rooms. Staff friendly Cons: Our room was located above the office lobby, which was very noisy in the daytime and mornings since there was no door from the stairs to the 2 rooms off the small lobby. The windows only had Venetian blinds, so the bright lights in the parking lot shone into the room. Blackout curtains would solve the problem. The coffee maker did not work. Fortunately, the lobby had a coffee maker. The pool and spa were not available to use till 5:00 pm-9:00 pm. "

"Configuration of room strange...very difficult to get between nightstand and closet section to hang clothes. Only back half of closet accessible for hanging clothes. Access to mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker weird as have to slide barn-style door closing access to bathroom. Otherwise, all was nice and very quiet. "

"Rooms and area were clean. Beds were super comfy. Staff was excellent and we had delays traveling and they were able to accommodate our very late check in. My only issue was the parking lot and not enough spaces. But again these hotels were built so long ago so the parking is pretty tight for bigger vehicles. And it’s a pretty tight squeeze for even cars. We felt safe because there’s cameras all around the property too. They did have non smoking signs posted everywhere but unfortunately the people above us were smoking upstairs so we could smell it constantly. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great central location with a Starbucks across the street. Perfect for business trip and family trip as well. Very close to the aquarium. Wonderful staff. We forgot our laptop with movies on it on checkout and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and looking for it. When they couldn't find it in the room, they said that we were welcome to look for it. We eventually did find it. Really great service and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future."
