"Location is excellent, 5-15 min walk to anywhere you’d want to be in Rome! Quick and inexpensive yet local food options on the same street for when you just want to eat quickly, and dozens of nice sit down places for when you don’t. Staff bends over backwards to accommodate any needs you have, breakfast is quite robust compared to the standard Italian fare and well worth adding to your room charge. The elevator was broken while we were there but it’s just a couple flights of stairs and Rome...

"I'll start with the bad stuff first. When I wanted to shower shortly after we checked in, the handle came off and the water wouldn't shut off. There was no screw holding the handle in place. I'm guessing this has happened before and it will probably happen again, especially since the building manager was already aware of it. The woman who checked us in (she had clocked out for the evening) came back and reattached the handle. Still, the water pressure was very low and the water temperature was...

"Pros: good location- near termini-, helpful staff , In person staff hours is a short few hours in the morning, but you can reach them any time via WhatsApp. Good mattress(firm) and good shower water pressure. Cons: not a hotel but a small room in a residential building. Old and worn out furniture. You need to enter a code multiple times to reach your room. We didn’t like toiletries scent and feel ( shampoo, body wash and moisturizer."

"Very nice place, very unique. Also, it was very quiet, the walls were thick and the street noise wasn't very noticable. It is a very old building but you don't get the feeling that it is unkept. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It wasn't damp or cold, it was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved it and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises."

"Amazing central location - close to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and many other sights. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. There are a lot of steps and the building is, of course, very old, so some attendant issues with that. I wouldn’t quite call it “luxury” although there’s plenty of marble. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome"
