"Decent breakfast."

"Parking is tough when you arrive late night but you still pay $22 per night. We arrived at 10pm and it had rained first time guests here and front desk lady hands us a map. We had no clue where to start. They should have a person or security take people to the rooms since property is big, poorly lit outside and building markings not clear. I booked a king bed room and I was checked into a queen bed smaller room than I booked but once I called the management ended up giving me credit when we were...

"On two occasions, I did not get any food when trying to get breakfast and this was a whole 45min before the cutoff time. The woman serving the food just simply told me the food is finished, and made no attempt at all to get me a cookie or fruit or anything to eat. This was was a such an unpleasant experience."

"Clean room, cozy room, great amenities, good location downtown but not in the middle of it all. 10 min drive to the airport and there is a bus that picks up right next to the hotel that can take you to the mall and restaurants very easily. Definitely a great place to stay for solo travelers."

"The walk to SAP Center was great, less than 8 minutes. No airport shuttle, but the bus from the airport into downtown San Jose is free from the airport which was nice. Lots of food choices in the area. The breakfast options in the hotel are expensive compared to other places I have stayed. Lyft was fairly reasonable and the drivers were great. The staff at the SAP were great, really good customer service."
