"Do not stay here! Foul odor throughout the 2nd floor. Stairs, hallways, room, and grounds were completely filthy. Cockroaches inside and out. I found 1 big one in my bathroom, still alive! I was bitten by some unknown insect while sleeping. I would not have stayed here but I was in a time crunch for work and had already booked and paid online. They also tricked me into paying again once I arrived. I got the charge refunded but it took multiple calls/emails and about 1 week. None of the staff...

"Beautiful and quiet place in the middle of the neighborhood. Unique old mansion campus nice place to relax. Did not see too many staff around except the receptionists. Self manage like your own home, walk around the park inside the campus and enjoy the quite and stillness of the property surrounding by regular homes."

"Perfect place for my 4-day stay in this area....including wifi, breakfast room. & even jacuzzie. Fun combination of walkable barrio vibe and eateries and verfy Silicon Valley guests. Only minor improvement:-- front desk folks while efficient, seemed a bit barricaded by the clear plexiglass "front dedk" window."

"I picked Best Western because I thought it would be the BEST choice. It didn’t turn out to be the best. The property needs updating. Furniture was older as well as the bedding. TV was difficult to watch without instructions to connect to a channel. There was not a menu option. Breakfast choices were several."

"The room was nice and quiet. I wanted to watch TV but the DirecTV wasn't working I tried going to the lobby to get help but wasn't able to. I got lucky and had 2 refrigerators. If you like a super firm bed, this would be a good fit for you. It was a bit too firm for my taste. The sheets were a bit stiff and scratchy. The couch was super comfy."
